These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 65php Casino website located at https://65php.net ("Platform"), operated by 65php ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service on the 65php Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 65php Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 65php Platform in any manner, including but not limited to browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming bonuses, you enter into a legally binding agreement with 65php and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 65php Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine online gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 65php or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services or subject to any court order or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from gambling.

65php reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 65php Platform, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your password with any third party.
• Notify 65php immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Register only one account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.

65php reserves the right to verify your identity through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 65php Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 65php accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 65php wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 65php does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 65php reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering: In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, 65php may request documentation to verify the source of funds. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

65php offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• 65php reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 65php Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently audited by third-party testing agencies. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panels.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay, 65php reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. 65php's decision in such matters is final. Bets placed after a technical error has occurred may be voided at 65php's discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 65php Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, identity theft, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain without reporting them to 65php.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 65php Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 65php Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, and video, is the property of 65php or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 65php.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 65php shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. 65php's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

65php does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Amendments to These Terms

65php reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 65php will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the 65php Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
